This antique copper holy water stoup with brass appliqués likely dates from around 1880–1920. It was designed for wall mounting and served as a container for holy water in Catholic households, usually next to the front door.


The piece is handcrafted, with soldered seams, a simple bulbous shape, and a high back with hanging hardware.

The warm patina and traces of time underscore its authentic character. A beautiful example of religious folk art, suitable both as a collector's item and as a decorative element in a historic interior.
